Q: Blood in Food

Hello,
i have a question related to food. Today i was eating donner kebab as i ate the half i realised that there was a little blood stain on the wrapper of the food. it was like the person who was preparing has cut his/her finger and had a drop on it. It was around 15 minutes later i ate the donner after preparation. in this case if the person preparing was irresponsible and had some drops inside my meal as well and i ate it am i at risk? its a little bit long scenario but it makes me nervous.

i didnt have known bleeding parts in my mouth but nowadays i have adolescence teeths coming out. Thanks in advance for your anticipated responses.
