Q: blood in feces

I am only a month pregnant and i have blood in my poop, i know this is gross it worried me because i am pregnant, after i wiped there was lots of blood too, i don't know if this because i am pregnant, i tried to go online and find out why this is happening to me but i hardly found anything.

It sounds like it could be hemorroids. Some women get these when they are pregnant due to the straining and the blood volume doubling. Have you ever had hemorroids before?

You should mention it to your doctor and if it is worrying you, give your doctor a call straight away. They are there to help you.

Thanks i went to the hospital to make sure they said it's nothing to worry about when you are pregnant

I am worried now the blood in my stool is runny i don't know what to do, i was just at the hospital is this normal? why is this happening? how long can this last? The blood comes out after i have a bowl movement.

I have this under control my doctor said it's just hemroids common in pregnancy, even though this is my second child i did not have these problems, i am only 8 weeks along. All day today i was experiencing numbness & tingeling in my arms & hand hands i could be relating to pregnancy.

There has been blood in my bowel movements like three times over a period of a month. I had my last period two weeks early after I had stopped using birth control and I think I may be pregnant, but only a few weeks. Can you have hemorrhoids during early pregnancy?
