Im a 20 yr old male and yes i am overweight and i been noticing the past few weeks that im getting this smelly blood looking gunk in my belly button and i have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it so if you could please help me figure out what this is and how to treat it.

Does your belly button hurt? When was the last time you cleaned it and what do you clean it with?

No it doesnt hurt at all and i usually dont normally clean in my belly button to deep jjust round the outside and a little inside
