what does this mean?
Is it because of the type of food we take or lack of water we drink thats making our faeses hard when using the toilet thats why blood appears
can you pliz suggest something that would help ease the pain or stop the blood from appearing

Blood in stool or on the toilet paper may indicate presence of inner and/or external hemorrhoids.
It can, also, result from anal fissures or small anal opening tears that develop due to straining and passing hard stool.
Colon polyps and colon cancer may bleed, too.
