Q: blood discharge after menopause

my mother, 66 yrs old had blood discharge, something like a menstruation. she said it started last year but only for a day or two. last week her lower back aches and she go to the toilet frequently. she said, she feel like she wants to pooo but she cannot... and she feels pain when urinating..i had her urine tested and the result was -pus cells= tntc. i ask the medtech what does it mean, she said theres an infection.. pus cells is so high. RBC is 1-3/lpf.. what could it mean doc? do you have any cases like this?

Have her get to her OB-GYN or Internal Medicine doctor to have this taken care of...Sounds like a UTI...Medication can usually take care of this...
