Q: Blood covering stool after exercise

I am bit worried, after I do exercise on crosstrainer I will go for the motion and lot of fresh blood(sorry for graphics) will come covering the stool.
Can you please advice is it colon cancer?

It is impossible to know if your rectal bleeding is coming from a cancer or a benign lesion without a proper evaluation. You do not list your age, but depending upon how old you are (and your family history), a proper work-up might include an anoscopic evaluation to rule-out hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, or it might require a full colonoscopy.

You should discuss these symptoms with your personal physician, and request a consultation with a GI specialist.
