My blood group is B+ve and my wife's blood group is also B+ve. Will there be any problem during pregnancy or child birth? Will i be able to concieve?

Blood type does not effect conception. The only issue would be if she has previously had a child with a different blood type and then is pregnant with another child with a different blood type. Then she may need to take special medication. Ask her doctor about it. If she has never been pregnant, don't worry about it.
