yesterday I had a lot of abdominal pain and started out constipated them went fromt that to the runs then after a few hours of calming I went to the bathroom and passed a very large mass of tissue and blood in the toilet when I had what I thought to be a bowel movement... i have been cramping abdominally since then is this something serious?
