Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The spotting during or after intercourse could be suggestive of possibility of infection, cervical dysplasia, or pregnancy (in view of absent periods). Do not ignore your symptoms. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain diet and lifestyle. If pregnancy gets ruled out go ahead with further investigations (vaginal swab/smear test, PAP test, ultrasound scan) to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate would be started to help you.
Take care.
