Blocked milk gland , lump

i just wonderd if any one could help , i have not long when to the doctors with a pain and lump in my breast she said it was something you normally get when your pregnant and it like a blocked milk gland ,she gave me antibiotics this has not helped ..and i now have lumps under each armpit and hurt to move under arms and breasts .
