For the pass 6 months my Left ear has been blocked with a lot of ringing. The blockage and ringing makes sounds more annoying which starts headaches. My primary care doctor had me try antihistamines but they only made me dizzy. An ear doctor tested my hearing and concluded I had significant hearing loss in that ear. But he offered no advice except to avoid salt. I have seen a neurologist and he ruled out tumor. Now I have seen a ENT and he had no advice except to come back for allergy testing. Can anyone advise me on how to unblock the ear? It is driving me insane plus the headaches are very dibilitating.

I expects you already have but, have you been tested for an ear infection? Did you have an ear infection shortly before the problem started? Sometimes an infection doesnt properly clear up and you are left with a blocked feeling. Mine can ache and feel weird from time to time despite the fact that I don't actually have an infection anymore.

I'm not really sure what to suggest, apart from maybe going back to the doctor, as this is obviously causing problems.
Good luck.
