heya i am 7 weeks with my first and i keep getting a strange slight aching pain lower abdomen and its is making me worry now i know i should prob stop worrying about it and it will go away or something but normally when i go to the toilet it goes away. but i am also really bloated and look about 4 months pregnant with it lol anyone with advice please reply because i really need to know if this is normal thanks .
