Q: Bloating and nausea from stopping pills ?

So I stopped my pills 10 days ago and had UPS. 4 days later I had a light period for one day and then it stopped today (8 days later) I'm had a very small amount of spotting, dark brown. I've been having waves of nausea, feeling bloated and very moody. Not sure if it's becuase of stopped BC pills or not. Anyone have advice???
