bloating and back discomfort with ibs Posted: 01-22-08 15:29pm
hi there im just wondering if back
discomfort is associated with ibs ? it
will be ok for 3 days then i get bloated
again and back discomfort starts again .i
feel mostly bloated on left side than the
right side and the discomfort in back
feels like pressure not a pain.im eating
alright i go toilet 4times out of the
week.i have had lot of stress over past
year and dr said i have worried myself
that much that i have caused this damage
to my body.he didnt mean it in a nasty way
as he knows what ive been through.

I too get discomfort in my back when I
have my IBS bouts. Mine are wierd. I get
the bouts once a month and they last
anywhere from 3-8 days. Then once over,
I'm fine. Back to normal. The pain can be
excrutiating and when the bouts are over,
I feel very worn out. Achy and tired. That
is just the topper on the cake. Cause
during these bouts I am extremely moody. I
sympathize with you.
