Ovulation occurs exactly fourteen days before the start of the next period. This might be a problem to calculate if the periods are irregular. However, according to the data you provided (regular periods, the last started on 5/13/09), your ovulation probably occurred on 5/25/09. you did not provide data whether you had intercourse at that period. If you had intercourse on that day or a couple of days before or after (possible irregular period), then it is possible that you might be pregnant.

The bloating and the sick feeling might be related to hormonal changes which might be caused by pregnancy, but also other reasons might be causing this condition. Spotting is no characteristic for pregnancy, at least not for the duration you reported (one month). Implantation bleeding or spotting might be present in certain pregnancies when the egg tries to implant in the uterine wall, thus damaging it a little.

You might want to visit your gynecologist for a physical examination, hormonal laboratory tests, and an ultrasound scan to determine whether you are pregnant or something else causes this condition.
