For the past couple of days, i have this bloated feeling in my stomach and it causes much discomfort. It is the exact same feeling of when you down a whole can of Pepsi and do a 30m sprint ( did this when i was young). Also i've been burping really tiny pockets of air out like a couple of times an hour, but bloatedness is still there 24/7 .
but i still manage to eat food normally, with a some discomfort.
Most digestive disorders are actually DUE TO the foods we're eating. Perhaps you have a food allergy and don't know it. You can either eliminate foods and then re-introduce them, or can treat indigestion with a strong mint tea or ginger. These natural remedies help ease the discomfort pretty quickly.
try getting tested for H. Pylori. i had similar symptoms as you did for over a year. i read about it online and asked my doc for a test. sure enough i tested positive. i just finnished 1 wk of antibiotics and feel soooo much better!
I have all this gurgling and burping in my throat for months now and feel like I'm filled up to my throat with liquid or air all the time. I have had so many GI tests over the years including that H pylori and hardly anything's ever come up. Years ago when I had different symptoms I was told I had a hiatal hernia. Then I started taking Prevacid and apparently it went away. Are constant throat gurgling sounds, a lot of burping and bloating a symptom of a hiatal hernia? I wonder if I have another one. It funny though because last year I had these symptoms for a few months and got another endoscopy done and nothing was found. Eventually they went away. I keep waiting for them to go away this time but they just keep getting worse. My doc and husband keep telling me my anxiety is back cause I'm off anxiety meds again (they gave me a lot of other horrible side effects and I've tried tons of them). The two of them tell me I'm simply swallowing too much air. Ok, so nothing I do to try to eliminate this problems works. Anyone know of any natural herb supplements to help you with anxiety and keep you from swallowing too much air? Help!!!!!!!!
