I broke my arm in arm in march, and am having phsysio 3 weeks ago my elbow was realy painful and doctor diagnosed blititus in my elbow and gave me anti inflammateries since then ive had sore and stiffness in my big toe for a week its still sore but not as bad and my thumb which is very painful .im waking up in the morning and i feel like an old women with all my joints aching and stiff what could be wrong with me
