I have broken out in blistery sores with white puss in them around my crutch (inner leg) but they stop at the scrotum. They are larger then pimples and don't have the pimple shape. They are more blister like.
Could it be herpes or is it just a bacterial infection or a blood infection.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the blisters that you describe without examining them for other characteristics and going ahead with further investigations to confirm the cause. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor at the earliest to have them examined. Treatment options as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigation results) would be started to help you. Do not manipulate them or break them. Keep the area clean and dry, and avoid sweat accumulation. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating doctor and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately.
Take care.
