Q: Blisters under foreskin

I have a long blister under my foreskin. It is about 5mm x 2mm in size with another smaller round blister on the end which is semi-connected to the first 5mm long blister.

It looks kind of like a vein popping out, but it looks basically clear-white-ish in colour and not blue like a vein.

It is completely painless and I have absolutely no other symptoms (touch wood).

I have take a picture but cant find were to upload it (yet).

I am in China right now and it is a real hassle to see a doctor here, especially one that speaks English, I am in a small city. If its serious I have to get to a bigger city or go to Hong Kong to see a doctor, this is harder than it sounds but if I have to do it I have to do it.

Any advice on what this could be would be greatly appreciated!
