Okay, first I want to say I am NOT sexually active. I am 21 and never have had sex in my life. So, I know this isn't an STD or anything like that. I have never had anything like this happen, and I doubt it's really anything to worry about...

Anyways, I was showering a few days ago and I noticed this gumball sized bump down near my area. It's on the right side, more towards my leg, yet near the vagina. The swelling went down, but when I woke up this morning it felt like it had busted. It's crusty, like the "blister" busted during the night and it left a small scab. I've cleaned it, the swelling has gone down more as well. I believe it has caused from having jeans that were too tight, or wearing a thong that road up in that general area far too much. I also think my sister (who is 13) gave me a wedgie about four days before that (I huge one too) and that caused it. I think it's a blister from too much rubbing on fabric. I want to make sure it doesn't get infected, and since it is in that general area I really do not know what else to use other than anti-bacterial bathing soap and water. Would this work out and just let it heal or would someone recommend something else to make sure it stays clean?

Thanks everyone.
