Hi, welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you.
You seem concerned by the excessive blinking in your 4 year old girl.
Excessive blinking in children can occur because of a large number of potential problems. Most cases are caused by benign and/or self-limiting conditions. The cause can usually be determined after careful history and clinical examination. The possibilities in your child include anterior segment and/or lid abnormalities , habit tics , uncorrected refractive errors , intermittent exotropia , and psychogenic blepharospasm.
You must check with your ophthalmologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Hope this helps. Take care.
