Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms could be suggestive of possibility of perimenopausal onset, DUB, endometrial hyperplasia, endometritis, endometriosis, adenomyosis, thyroid hormonal dysfunction, hormonal derangements, etc. She should consider visiting her gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and assistance. Appropriate treatment options would be suggested to control her symptoms based on examination findings and investigation results. She should consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with her treating gynecologist.
Take care.
