hello for a few days now I've had an on and off string of headaches i didnt pay too much attention to it seeing as we all get headaches sometimes. then noticed i had developed a sore throat. it worried me seeing that it was only on the right side of my throat not the left and while brushing my teeth i decided to brush the right side of my throat where the sore was and when i looked at my toothbrush there was blood on it. after words i was spitting out blood mixed with mucus and then i cleared out my nose and noticed that there was blood mixed in with my mucus this has never happened b4 so any help would be much appreciated.

I don't know how you managed to brush your throat without gagging terribly, but you should never brush your throat. The tissue there is more delicate and you may have broken some of your throat tissue and made it bleed.

Your nose and mouth are connected, so you can blow blood out your nose if it's in your throat. If the blood wasn't from brushing your throat (which again, don't ever do that again) it could be from a sinus infection, which also may be causing your headaches.
