You don't get implantation bleeding at 11 weeks. Nothing's implanting - the baby is already set up in there.

If your home nurse is telling you that it's implantation bleeding at 11 weeks, you need to get a new HHN. Since you are in pain, it is a cause for worry. There could be a few reasons why this happening......it could even be an ectopic pregnancy. It would be best to get an ultra sound to see what's going on, and maybe a blood test to check your hormone levels.

i would go to the ER maybe a different one.. and let them know your pregnant, and you have pain and bleeding, i went to the ER just with pain and they did a internal exam, took blood, urine, gave me IV fluid to hydrate me,herd the heart beat on a doppler, and a ultrasound to make sure it was eptopic... and maybe let them know you might be having an eptopic...
i would walk in there and say i didnt know how far along i am and i might be having an eptopic... they might look for it then or look for another reason, thats what i did with mine and they did every test they could to find out whats wrong.

thats something we cant tell you, the only way to find out is to go to the hospital!!!! this is very important and i would not wait any longer.. if it is an infection it could hurt the baby if it isnt treated ASAP... or it could be something worse...and even if she suggested implantation bleeding, she has no clue what she is talking about...the babys already forming... its wayyyyyyyy past being implanted.. so even suggesting that is obsurd! i say you get a new midwife, and go to the ER NOW!

the doctor will not do anything I will call my doctor first thing in the morning, i hope i am not miscarrying, now i am passing tissue it is black i have cramping today i am worried that if i go to the hospital they will not do anything like last time.

If (God forbid) you are miscarrying, there's nothing they can do right now to prevent it. The most they can do is offer you a D&C to remove the pregnancy tissue. They can't prevent the miscarriage.
