My Fiance and I just had sex and when he pulled out it was bleeding alittle bit not to much but you could tell it was blood. And he says there is a pain right behind the head on the shaft. We are worried should we go to the hospital?

Tell him to go to his GP for a checkup.

It may have been something simple like a small tare
in the tip or the urinary hole during rough intercourse.

He may find it a bit painful to pee and may pass some dry blood cots.
