Bleeding and passing blood clots
It would be helpful to obtain more tests before making the diagnosis of a miscarriage based upon bleeding and passing clots.

You might want to speak with your healthcare provider about obtaining a quantitative BHCG test that measures the hormone level of your pregnancy. If it is about 2000, a viable pregnancy should be seen by an ultrasound scan. If it's less than 2000, then you would need one or two more levels that should be rising. A low BHCG or a declining level is suspicious for a threatened or complete miscarriage.

Depo Provera is a long-acting hormone and its effects can last up to nine months making it difficult to conceive after stopping the medication. If you've conceived after Depo Provera, it is highly unlikely that you have a hormone imbalance. However, it you've had two miscarriages within 12 months, you might want to consult with a gynecologist for further tests.
