I am an 18 yrs old female, and I have been getting terrible abdominal pain. I'm feeling really bloated and gassy, and my bowel movements aren't normal.

In the morning i feel really nauseous and the pain is worse, i am defiantly NOT pregnant so that cant be the cause. I also get bad diarrhea in the morning and find myself running for the bathroom. Also I have bleeding from my rectum but its just on the toilet paper, and have found a mucus type liquid coming out too.

I'm constantly filled with air ( i.e. bloating like a balloon) and I am burping a lot and my stomach is constantly making noises. I am not overweight a I eat extremely healthily. could anyone help?

Do you usually feel a strong urge to have a bowel movement?
Are you feeling like you still need to have a bowel movement after you've already had one?
Is the pain relieved by having a bowel movement?
Have you noticed that these symptoms are more frequent during your menstrual periods?
Have this been preceded with period of excessive stressing?

Yes i do usually feel a strong urge to have a bowel movement and yes I do still feel like i need to have another one even when i have just been. The pain is eased after this, but not completely gone. I don't think that they are any worse during my period, and i don't really feel particularly stressed at the moment.
