Q: Bleeding nose and coughing blood

i have a bleeding nose , my head feels like its burning and im sick all the time coughing up blood and having a terrible mirgraine it feels like something is running in my head

No data was given about the time when the symptoms started. The coughing blood might be related to the bleeding nose, where the blood slips to the throat which, when irritated, makes you to cough. The bleeding nose and the migraine together might be signs of hypertension, although it is not so common at your age.
Also, local inflammation of the nose might cause the mentioned symptoms. You might want to visit an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist to further examine this condition.
