Bleeding in eye and bad headaches

Hi. I have had an increased problem with bleeding in my eye. I wake up to it being horrible looking and it lasts about 2 weeks sometimes. It's always in the same spot and same eye. It's been associated with really bad headaches and some dizziness. I had what I believe was an Ocular Migraine a week ago and had a severe headache for days afterwards. I noticed that there is a lot of pressure in that eye too. I have Fibromyalgia, Asthma, and RA. There also is a huge history of really high blood pressure in the family, but so far I've never had a problem. Any ideas?
