Hey , how are you ? Well i'm having a serious problem. Ok, I missed my period by a few weeks. And then i started to spot blood , as weeks went by i sttill had the bleeding from my vagina for three weeks in counting. but it is not heavy bleedind jus normal. no cramps or anything. i am wondering if i am pregnat. i am not having any symptoms at all. so i don't know what to think.
Can you please help me.

Hi,
From the description of your symptoms, you seem to be suffering from intermenstrual bleeding. It could be due to several causes. Firstly, you should get urine for pregnancy test done to rule out miscarriage as the cause of bleeding if you had unprotected sexual intercourse prior to that.
Other causes which need to be looked into are fluctuation in hormone levels, hypothyroidism & fibroid in the uterus. It could also be due to a genital infection, cervical polyps or ectopic pregnancy.
You should consult a gynecologist for the diagnosis and treatment as without examination, confirmation of diagnosis is difficult. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
