i am 6 weeks pregnant to and having some light period like bleeding with no cramps ... im wondering how everything went are you still pregnant? please help

I went to the doctor on the 13th and the test was negative but my doctor told me to come back in two weeks if i didn't have a period so i waited for the next week and took a test and it was positive
