Q: Bleeding during 1st trimester

This is my first pregnancy and i am around 9 weeks and 5 days along.... i started to have some bleeding yesterday and today as well. I have no cramps but i was wondering if it is normal or is there something wrong? i have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning and i am just nervous of what is going to be said. i still have some of the symptoms of pregnancy such as sore breasts and morning sickness (more than before) but not craving that much...
