Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Any bleeding during pregnancy can be a serious problem and should be immediately reported to the doctor. After intercourse some women may bleed because the cervix is very sensitive and tender during pregnancy. Since you had this problem once, consult your gynecologist once before resuming sexual activities.
The bleeding could just be due to tender cervix or it could be due to threatened abortion. Hence further irritation should be avoided.
However on net and without examining it is difficult to give a confirmed opinion. Please consult your gynecologist ASAP. Hope this helps. Take care!
