ok well i am 15 years old and i am on birth control i am not a virgin but i am not sexually active the other day idid had sex and now everytime i use the bathroom when i pee i get a really sherp pain and blood comes out in clots i dont know what to do and i dont want to tell my mom does anyone have an answer ?? and how long will this last ?

I am not on my period and I am bleeding very heavy with blood clots what is causing this i am 48 years old.
