Welcome to e health forum.

Presence of bleeding from the nose and hemoptysis (blood while coughing) and painful bleeding from the intestines (seen as blood in stools) could be a indicator of a serious infection or a inflammatory condition.

You might consult with your doctor and undergo a few tests including a complete hemogram, a peripheral blood smear, coagulation profile, stool examination, urinalysis and a ultrasound of the abdomen. These tests will help in diagnosis of the underlying medical cause of your symptoms, which can be duly treated by your doctor.
