bleeding after starting ortha evera patch Posted: 05-18-06 23:46pm
I am 17 years old. I just started the
ortha evera patch about one month ago.
And for the last 15 days in a row I have
been on my period. The did not examine me
before they gave me the birth control, but
they did give me a pregnancy test. They
told me I was not pregnant. Is there
something wrong with me? Please help

It may be a reaction to the pill. If it
carries on then I suggest you stop the
pill and use other conteception like the
injection.

I use the patch and not the pill and they
told me that I should only have a period
for my regular 5 days and not the now 16 I
have been on it!!!
