I would mention it to your Dr. I mean what could it hurt. But to hopefully alleviate some of your worries in my first trimester I too bled a few times after having sex, or not really bled but there was blood on the toilet paper when i went to the bathroom kind of thing of course I freaked out and told my husband no more, but after I talked to my Dr. she said it was normal as there's a lot more blood flow down there now and sometimes it happens. So try not to freak out to much, I know I know easier said than done right.

i had that in the beginning of my period, i was worried too and ended up going to the doctors getting everything checked out and they said it was probably implantation bleeding. It doesnt necessesarily mean a miscarriage though.
You may have irritated your cervix while having sex which caused the bleeding, dont have sex for a little while and if the bleeding continues then it could be something to worry about, but mention it to your doctor it wouldnt hurt
