Hi ! i'm 37 weeks pregnant today and stated bleeding this morning after having sex
it has stopped now it was brown/ red do i need to be worried ?

Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Some amount of bleeding/brown discharge after sexual intercourse is common in late pregnancy (due to soft pregnant cervix). If there is no active bleed or fluid leak associated with or without abdomen pain and cramps, you can leave it alone.
If you have pain, cramps, abdomen tightening, bleeding, or fluid leak, rush to your doctor/gynecologist. It could signal onset of labour.
