Q: Bleeding after positive test ?

Hi,

So I took a HPT today (well I took 3!) And that all came back positive!
The digital one said I was 1-2 weeks - Now i have previously suffered from 3 miscarrages but usually around the 6 - 10 week mark, So I'm very aware its still very early days!

I was two days late on my period, which prompted me to take the tests, but 30 minutes after i started bleeding, Its not heavy - but it is bright red and seems to be getting heavier. I havent used a full tampon, there are only spots on that, but it does drip blood when I go to the loo, and it wipes bright red. (Sorry to be so graphic)
I also have dull back ache - like a period pain.

Is this just my period coming, meaning the pregnancy wont continue, or could it be implanation bleeding etc? I didnt think that implantaion bleeding caused any aches or pains?

Thanks

bleeding after positive test
Hi
I am in the same situation. Took 5 tests last week and all came back positive, I was 3 weeks after conception, but woke this morning to see red spotting getting heavier. Also have abdominal pain like I'm getting my period. Am hoping its implantation bleeding but all the signs are pointing to it being a miscarriage. Am going to take another test later and see what happens. I hope all went well for you. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Olivia
