Bleeding after period during sex Posted: 05-04-08 11:56am


I am on YAZ and I was taking it for having long period (up to 14 days) I've been on it for 2 and a half years. Whenever my boyfriend and I have sex after my period is SUPPOSED to be over I start bleeding during sex. But I'm not bleeding BEFORE we do it and it stops after we stop. HELP!!!!!

Do you bleed while having sex before you get your next expected period? Was it always like this or started from the last period?

It wasn't ALWAYS like this but it started about 3 periods ago.

Contact bleeding (bleeding during sex) should be taken very seriously. It is usually due to some organic reason: cervical infection, cervical polyp and even cervical cancer. You should visit your gynecologist as soon as possible.
