Q: bleeding after 2 missed periods

So I am two months late for my period. I have taken 6 pregnancy test, all of them come back neg. But I started bleeding today, but it only last for about 10 min. It was very heavy bleeding but then it just all stopped at once. What is going on with me and should I be worried?

two month period missed n now i m having period around 20 days
