I stopped having periods over 10 years ago. Today I am having vaginal bleeding(mild) along with mild abdominal pain, headache and some back pain. Should I be concerned or wait a few days and see if this will pass.

Sometimes it takes a while for a woman's hormonal time clock to catch up...I had a woman in her 70's say that she was having hot flashes, so I wouldn't be too worried...Like you said, wait a few days and see if it passes....Take care..
