Are you sure the blood is not in your urine? It sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection to me. It's possible that you got carried away with the rubbing and introduced bacteria into your urethra but urinary tract infections can be caused by many things.
Another possibility is that you have kidney stones.
You should tell your mom and have her schedule a doctor's appointment.

good news about dr visit
by the way, when you go to the doctor, or if you tell your mother/parents...it is not necessary that you explain that you were masturbating because they can find out what is wrong without knowing that. in fact, same type of infections from masturbating can also come from just your underwear with no masturbation going on, so there is not need to tell your mother or your doctor that you were masturbating if you do not want to tell them. yes, you can help yourself without hurting your privacy and emotions.

i can understand not wanting to tell your mother, but i disagree with the doctor.
i am older so it's not a lot of things i can be embarrissed about.
i told my male doctor in front of his female nurse to change my high blood pressure medicine because it decreased my libido (sex drive). i made a big deal about it.
doctors dont have the answers to everything, so i would tell them everything so he can make an informed decision on your diagnosis.

you have to! just as simple as that!
why?
by not going to the doctor you could make your problem much worse without be treated. as a young women you have to take care of your body.
there's nothing you can do at home because we need to fine out why are you bleeding, and only a doctor can do it.
you have to find out what kind of infection you have. it could be something really big or something minor.

I must agree with ServiceU. This is not something that you can take care of yourself. If you had a fever or a rash on your arm, you would tell your mother. You don't have to tell your mom you were masturbating. Simply tell her the symptoms: you are spotting/ bleeding, it hurts when you urinate... If you have an infection, antibiotics are necessary to clear it up. The only way to get antibiotics is to get a doctor prescription.
Good luck.
