My friend is a 46yr old woman. She had a hysterectomy 11 years ago and has had abnormal bleeding from the vagina for two days. Can you please tell me what this might be? thankyou

Hi emilypenny and welcome to ehealth: Tell your friend that she should see her OB-GYN....Any bleeding vaginally that happens after her 6 months check-up, should be treated as something that shouldn't happen...Please have this checked out...Take care...
