Bleeding after circumcision

As the title suggest, I got circumcised due to a yeast infection I had in my penis. I know you're not suppose to get erections after being circumcised, but the thing is my bedroom gets cold at nights and my penis for some reason hardens when it gets cold. Well, I was the bathroom and I noticed that the stitches had cut into the area of the penis they were on. It's not bleeding a whole lot, but is it going to heal on its own or is it going to have to get sew back together with more stitches?
