just recently a couple of days ago i felt pain (like a bruise inside) just under my belly button and im geussing thats either where the bladder is located or the uterus is located but i think its my bladder cause even when i pee (or urinate is a better term?) i feel it hurting mostly. It also hurts if i stretch or twist my stomoach (im a ballet dancer and do it a lot) There are times when i hold my pee for while i dont know if thats what caused the pain.
Is this possibly a symptom for bladder infection? Rolling Eyes

Pain with urination, felt over the bladder (in the pelvis, the lower part of the abdomen just above the pubic bone), is known as dysuria and can be a symptom of urinary tract infection of the bladder, known as cystitis.
You may have only bladder discomfort as a symptom without urination frequency and urgency.
Another possible cause for your pain is interstitial cystitis or painful bladder syndrome.
