I had sex with a sex worker 12 days ago, we used protection but the condom came off during sex and she jumped off straight away but I started to experience bladder pain and needing to urinate a lot even though hardly anything comes out 2 days after.

I then had a small penile discharge of clear/white colour while cleaning my backside and some discomfort in my penis.

I have been to the GUM clinic to get tested but it takes 2 weeks for them to come back with results for Gonorrhea, chlymdia, etc and they could not test for HIV as it was to soon.

I am now stuck offshore for a month panicking all the time in case the results come back positive and not able to get treatment or tested for HIV.

Anyone got any ideas Sad

An early HIV symptoms aren't usually genital ones, but, still that fact doesn't exclude your risk for HIV transmission.
Your symptoms of bladder pain or discomfort, along with frequent need to urinate, and penile discharge suggest an STD that has affected your urethra leading to urethritis.
Gonorrhea symptoms, usually, appear 2 to 5 days after possible infection through vaginal , anal and oral sex.
The penile discharge due to gonorrhea could be pus-like, white (cloudy) or clear.
All symptoms and discharge peak within two weeks of possible transmission.

Thanks for the reply, when you say peak do you mean stop as they have.

Got the results for gonnorhea taken at 7 days which came back negaTiverton but I have gotten retested today again at 14 days and will get a HIV done at 30 if I have not had a heart attack

Welcome!
When I said peak I was meaning that symptoms attain maximum intensity within 2 weeks.
It is possible to have false negative results when testing for STD, so, it is preferable to use more than one test to increase the chance of an accurate diagnosis.
It is good to know that gonorrhea and chlamydia, another common STD, often infect people at the same time.

Best wishes!

hey man i have the same problem ... dont worry their not symptons of hiv i wont tell you what they are because the phycological aspect will make you think you do .. but you can go to a sexual health clinic after a month of exposure .. it is actually harder to catch hiv than many people think but i would advise getting tested but you should be fine x
