What's happening:
-Sore vagina, especailly after sex
-Sore around clitoris, built-up pressure when peeing
-Opening is tender
-A hot-like feeling

I don't think there is an odour, or anything cottage-cheesey down there... but here are some of the things that could contribute to my situation:
-I used soap down there, which could have irritated it
-I don't always pee after sex, which I read can cause infection
-I accidently got a cut down there when I was trimming (few monthes ago, nothing very severe). No problems until now though.
-I went the the beach a few weeks ago when this started happening
- (and here's for the stupid one, try not to judge please Razz) had sex with a tampon in, god knows why... Stupid idea cuz it could have gotten lodged up there Rolling Eyes dumb i know. But it was not in all the way as to not lodge it up there. Dumb.
-I don't usually shower right after sex and I read that that can cause issues with infection
-On birth control, hymen broke a while ago
-been swimming in clorinated pool as of lately. Issue?

However:
-no pain urinating
-no smell i don't think or weird discharge
-no bumps
-boyfriend tested for stds negative. I have only been with one other but only oral was involved. That was a while ago, and no issues until now
-Sore feeling goes away (almost) during sex. The fact that i'm right by my period and the sore feeling seems to almost increase pleasure, until round two or we stop, then it gets sore :/

What i think it could be:
-Bladder infection (but needing to pee all the time/burn is not present)
-Yeast infection (But only becasue of burn)
-Maybe not enough lube?

My concerns:
-Could it affect my boyfriend whatever it is? I hear yeast/bladder infections can. But he has not complained in the last few weeks although i have mentioned my concerns. He says fine and nothing is wrong. But even if he is ok, if I have an infection will he need treatment?
-Starting period this week. How to treat that with an appointment? Is looking down there necisary and will they do it at this time of the month? What would they do at an appointment like this??
-Starting new birth control pill type next week.
-Antibiotics affect the affectiveness of the pill, I can't use condoms because of a latex sensitinvity. So then what? No sex for a long time i'm guessing Confused
-I really do not like the idea of going on two new meds at the same time if i have to go on something while starting my new pill. The last kind i was on really messed my system up, so maybe its all caused by the pill even?

I really think it might be a combination of things. I can figure out most of it for myself, but the burn especially after sex is weird.

I would appreciate any advice you may have and i apologize for the million questions up there. But if you can make any sense of this or a part of it that would be great!!

Thankyou

I'm sorry, I have to ask...How the heck do you have sex with a tampon up there?? It sounds like you have some kind of irritation. It could be the soap. I get that from soap and can only use soaps with no perfume. My advice to you would be to take a small break from sex until it gets better. If it doesn't get better it's time to go visit the doctor.

That sounds like a good plan! Razz I have tried the soap thing for a while. As a kid it would get irritated sometimes especially if i rubbed the area. But ive been doing it a while and nothing had been bothered until now, so it's probably a combination.

As for the tampon thing, yeah its out-there. Basically some skill and enough self-control to not let things go too far up there ( like, halfway) but not a smart thing that I'd reccomend lol. Although its stupid, it keeps you from bleeding everywhere and you can still feel sex. But definatley don't go there :p

Thankyou!!
And any more ideas would be great too if anyone wold like to add.
