I have not had my period since January 12th. I had sex on the 18th and the 23rd of January. It is now Feb. 13th. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it came back negative. I have had black stool for almost a week now and today there was also a green foam coming out with my black stool. I have been really tired and have lost my appetite. In the past two days I haven't eaten more than 2 pieces of pizza and I am no way hungry. I had a stomach ache today, and now have a headache after 7 hours of my telemarketing job. For the past 2 weeks I have had off and on what feels like menstrual cramps along with pains associated with urinary tract infections and sometimes cloudy urine. During the month of January I stopped my birth control, I also broke my foot and stopped my 2 miles a day walking and my 15 hours a week of dancing. I have also undergone a lot of radiation for x-rays and MRI's. I have no clue what is going on. Any help?

Black stools can indicate bleeding in the GI tract, seek medical attention immediately if it has been going on a week already.(EEK!)
It could be a bleeding ulcer of some kind if you have been taking NSAIDs or Tramadol for pain relief -especially in combination with alcoholic beverages.
The lack of appetite, fatigue, stomach cramps, and headache could all be due to blood-loss. There is definately something going on in your body that needs to be checked out by a doctor ASAP. Please do not wait, it could be fatal if you are bleeding internally.
