Hi, I'm wondering what I have, and would be very grateful for a reply. There are several black spots on my scrotum which appeared a while ago, but do not itch and are not raised from the skin, that I can see. It's like black spots of skin basically. Only 1 millimetre wide, or a bit more, and there are a few of them. I've been looking around the internet and I can't find what it is exactly. However I got the suspicion it may be a fungal infection, so I applied some canesten hydrocortisone cream to some of the spots, and the next day they had gone. But I idiotically thought they had gone for good and the spots came back a few days later, slightly worse. is it a fungal infection for sure? If you want more info please ask. I would be very grateful for answers, thanks.
